Changed your mind about a purchase? You’re in the right place. Here’s a guide on what to do if you’ve had a change of heart about your order

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns and offer refunds up to 14 days after delivery, as long as the item is unused and in its original condition.

For stress-free returns and refunds, just contact us before the 14 days is up and we’ll begin the process.

How much do returns cost?

When returning an item, we will charge you £50 to collect the item.

How long will my refund take?

We will make every effort to process your refund as soon as possible. After we process your refund, please allow for 5 days for the funds to reach your bank account.

For security reasons, we can only refund you by the same method as your original payment for products that are returned.

Collection Service

Can you collect the item(s) I want to return?

Yes. If you decide to return an order delivered to you by our courier, we can also collect it.

How long will you take to collect my order?

Collections can take 5-10 days

Cancellations

Can I cancel my order before I have arranged a delivery date?

Yes. You can cancel your order before delivery has been arranged. Just contact us at sales@bedchoices.co.uk and we’ll cancel it and give you a full refund.

Can I cancel my order after I have arranged a delivery date?

Yes. You can cancel your order after you’ve arranged a delivery date as long as its before 1pm the day before the delivery date and we will give you a refund.

After the cut off time you will incur a £50 charge, which will be deducted from your refund.

Divan Beds

Our divan beds truly are divine, but we know the challenges of buying a bed online. It’s only when you sit or lay down on that you can enjoy the full experience.

Fortunately, you can test out our beds with the protective cover on. When testing the mattress, do not remove the packaging as it will no longer be viable for return.

If you’re not delighted with your divan bed, contact us within 14 days of receiving it and we’ll arrange for a collection.

All we ask is that you keep the original packaging and take care of it so that it can be packed up again securely when getting it ready for collection.

If the item or packaging is dirty, damaged or not well-maintained, you will have to source the appropriate packaging yourself in order to facilitate the return.

For a successful return and collection, your divan bed needs to be:

  • In its original packaging
  • Unused
  • In a resale-able condition
  • Unopened

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept or collect your divan bed if the mattress has been used or taken out of its original packaging.

How much does it cost to return a divan bed?

When returning a divan and/or mattress, we will charge you a £50 fee to collect it.

Mattresses

Take time to get to know your mattress. We make sure our mattresses meet our high standards before we send them to you. However, we encourage you to inspect your order when you receive it.

If you have purchased a mattress on its own and it’s not a match made in heaven, contact us within 14 days of receiving it and we’ll arrange for a collection.

For a successful return and collection, your divan mattress needs to be:

  • In its original packaging
  • Unused
  • In a resale-able condition
  • Unopened

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept or collect your mattress if it has been opened or used.
