At Bed Choices, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality beds, headboards, and mattresses, each subject to rigorous quality assurance before shipment. We understand that sometimes changes or issues can occur, and this policy outlines your rights and responsibilities for amendments, cancellations, returns, and refunds.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns and offer refunds up to 14 days after delivery, as long as the item is unused and in its original condition. We are unable to accept returns of TV beds as they are made-to-order (more information below).
For stress-free returns and refunds, just contact us before the 14 days is up and we’ll begin the process.

1. Amendments to Your Order
· Amendments are free within the first 72 hours of purchase. After this period, a 20% administration fee may apply for some items.
2. Cancellations
· Before Dispatch: If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we can cancel it for you at no cost.
· After Dispatch: If your order has shipped, you will need to follow the returns process.
· Cancellation after Delivery Date is Confirmed: If a delivery date has been arranged and confirmed, a £75 cancellation fee will apply unless you cancel within 24 hours of confirmation.
3. On Delivery
· Please inspect your items carefully upon delivery. Any damage must be noted on the courier’s delivery sheet at the time of delivery.
· We will not accept claims for damage if:
o The goods were not checked on delivery.
o The damage was not noted on the delivery sheet.
· If damage is discovered after unpacking, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
4. Returns & Eligibility
4.1 Large Items (Beds, Mattresses, Headboards)
· Returns for change of mind are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
· A £49 collection fee applies for large items.
· Items must be in original packaging and in reasonable condition.
· Any damage or wear beyond manufacturing defects may result in deductions of up to 75% of the refund value.
4.2 Bespoke Items
· 70”-inch+ headboards and any custom or made-to-order items are non-refundable and non-returnable under all circumstances.
5. Assembly & Approval
· If you have chosen our assembly service:
o Please ensure you are completely satisfied with the product before assembly begins. Once assembled, the item is considered accepted and is non-returnable unless faulty.
o If access prevents assembly or delivery to your desired room, the assembly fee is non-refundable.
- Packaging may be removed during assembly. If you may wish to return the product, we recommend keeping the original packaging.
6. Change of Mind Returns
· You are responsible for:
o The initial delivery cost.
o The applicable collection fee (£49 for large items; £75 for some services).
· Items must be returned in their original packaging.
· For items without packaging, you will need to source suitable protective packaging.
7. Damaged or Faulty Items
· Claims for manufacturing defects are accepted.
· Contact us immediately for missing, incorrect, or damaged items, providing photos where possible.
· Issues reported after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for refund or exchange.
8. Refund Process
· Refunds are issued once the item is received and inspected.
· Typical processing time is 3–10 business days from receipt of the item.
· Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
· For finance orders, our team will arrange cancellation of your finance agreement once the return is processed.
9. Access & Delivery Considerations
· It is your responsibility to ensure items can be delivered to the intended location (including measuring doorways, hallways, staircases, and corners).
· If delivery cannot be completed due to access issues, return fees will still apply.
