Warranty
As a trusted, long-standing supplier of high-quality bedroom furniture, we take pride in delivering excellent customer service. Every item we sell comes with a standard guarantee for all our customers, offering added reassurance and long-term peace of mind with your purchase.
All products are covered by a 3-year manufacturer’s warranty for purchases made on or after 6 July 2024. If a particular item is not included in this warranty, it will be clearly noted in the product description.
Important: Do not remove the original product labels, as doing so will automatically void the warranty.
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects, including issues related to materials or workmanship. It operates alongside our Terms and Conditions and is compliant with British law.
The Guarantee Does Not Apply If:
- The product has been soiled or stained in any way.
- Damage occurred accidentally after delivery.
- The product has been misused or damaged due to improper handling (e.g. jumping on the bed).
- It has been used in a commercial setting or misused in any other way.
- The mattress has been bent or folded in a way that damages the spring system.
Additional Information:
At Bed Choices, we follow a strict quality assurance process. However, if you do discover a manufacturing fault, we’re happy to help. To be eligible for the guarantee, you must notify us within 30 days of delivery, at which point the guarantee period begins.
If your claim is successful, you may be entitled to a full refund or a replacement product. We may also reimburse any additional postage costs incurred.
